Sanding and refreshing of all wood work through out including all 17 internal doors.

Description:
Conversion of Ex Council Flat in to a Student Rental Property.
Work Done by VENBEN:
Removal of old fitting s and storage heaters.
Preparation filling of walls through out whole flat.
Painting throughout of ceilings and walls. Including covering of "Red Room" with stain blocker.
Sanding and refreshing of all wood work through out.

Removal of wood chip and wall paper throughout whole of the house.
Repair, preparation, filling of severley cracked and and damaged damp walls through out whole house, ise of gyproc and filler.
Painting throughout of ceilings and walls, Including covering and painting of badly nicotine stained ceilings in hall way and lounge with stain blocker.
Sanding and repainting of all wood work and doors through out.
Sanding and repainting of old white UPVC front door.
